Ingredients for 12 cookies:
200 g of fine oat flakes
3 – 4 ripe bananas
1 spoonful of flax seed
1 handful of walnuts
1/2 teaspoonful of cinnamon and a pinch of vanilla
1 spoonful of honey (if you want to)
Preparation:
Put bananas, nuts and seeds, spices, and honey into the blender and blend them all well. In a bowl, mix it all with oat flakes (buckwheat flakes do well as well), make cookies and place them on cooking paper. Bake them for 25 minutes at 180 °C.
Serve cold immediately or store in a plastic bag.
